Design review ensures that new developments and renovations align with our community's architectural character, planning standards, and aesthetic standards.

Depending on the scope and scale of your project, your application will fall under one of two review processes:

Design Review Administrative Approval​

Administrative review is designed for smaller-scale projects, minor exterior modifications, or standard developments that meet all established design criteria. Best for minor renovations, sign updates, and minor site adjustments.

Design Review Board Approval​

Board review is required for larger-scale developments, major commercial projects, or proposals requesting design variances or exceptions to standard design guidelines. Best for new commercial builds, major structural changes, and complex developments.
