Road Closure Notice: 12th St. from Regency Way to Royalty Ave — Begins 11/17/25 for Two Weeks.
Emmett Upper Pressure Zone Tank — City Project

The contractor will begin work on the Emmett Upper Pressure Zone Tank starting Monday, November 17, 2025. The project is expected to last approximately two weeks.
​
During this time, 12th St. (from Regency Way to Royalty Ave) will be closed for the duration of the work.
​
Note all subdivisions will have access onto 12th St towards Substation Rd.
Please follow all posted traffic control signage to ensure your safety and convenience.
We understand how inconvenient road work is, but please know that every effort is made to minimize the impact to you and your neighbors. It is important we accomplish these projects for the improvement of city facilities, utilities and roadways.
